Konektu is a service focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between business systems — ERP, e-commerce, databases, file exchange, and APIs. We take responsibility for the integration layer and its long-term operational stability.
For companies and implementation partners that require stable, managed integrations between systems. We typically work with trading, e-commerce, manufacturing, and distribution companies operating multiple systems and sales channels.
A typical project is delivered within 7–14 business days once requirements are defined. The timeline depends on the number of systems involved, data flow complexity, and environment availability.
No. We integrate with your existing systems without requiring replacement or modification. The integration layer is designed around your current environment.
After deployment, we take responsibility for monitoring, incident response, and ongoing maintenance in line with the agreed SLA. Integrations are continuously supervised and not left unattended.
Yes. We integrate systems that provide APIs, database access, file exchange, or other data interfaces. With over 15 years of experience in integration projects, we handle both modern and legacy environments.
Yes. Each client operates within an isolated integration environment. Data is processed only to the extent required for integration and is not retained beyond necessary technical logging. All communication is encrypted, hosting is within the EU, and operations comply with GDPR.
Yes. For on-premise systems, a dedicated agent is installed locally and communicates outbound only. Installation and configuration are performed with our support. No open inbound ports or VPN configuration are required.
Integrations are covered by 24/7 monitoring and alerting. Incident response is handled according to the selected maintenance package and agreed SLA.
Integration projects include a one-time implementation fee starting from €2,750 and a monthly maintenance package starting from €350. Final pricing depends on the number of systems, data flow complexity, and SLA requirements, and is determined after requirements analysis.
Yes. Integrations are first deployed in a test environment and moved to production after acceptance.
Maintenance agreements are typically open-ended with a one-month notice period, unless otherwise agreed as part of a specific project.
After termination, the integration environment is deactivated and technical data removed in accordance with our retention policy. Documentation can be provided upon request.
The maintenance package includes continuous monitoring and alerting, incident handling, technical updates required due to system changes, reporting, and ongoing support. New integrations or significant scope changes are handled as separate projects.
Response times depend on the selected maintenance package. SLA details are defined in the maintenance agreement.
Integrations can be extended to additional systems, processes, and higher data volumes. Maintenance scope and SLA can be adjusted to match evolving organizational needs.
